Minerva & D’Agostino P.C. was established by Albert A. D’Agostino and the late Dominick M. Minerva in 1973 as a general practice law firm. Over the decades, the practice has expanded both geographically and in scope, with clients emanating from Long Island and the New York metropolitan area as well as the representation of national and international entities.
Upon the passing of Dominick M. Minerva in 2012, Dominick Minerva, Jr. joined Albert A. D’Agostino, and they are the principals and members of the firm. There are also associate attorneys and clerical staff. While the scope of Minerva & D’Agostino P.C. is still general, Mr. D’Agostino and Mr. Minerva practice primarily in the areas of real estate, land use, municipal, labor and educational law. The firm also represents clients in connection with estate planning, wills, trusts andestates, landlord and tenant matters and general litigation.
Dominick M. Minerva had served as mayor of the Incorporated Village of Valley Stream. Minerva & D’Agostino P.C. has always and continues to provide legal services and deliver the absolute best results to each and every client. Services are provided by a team of attorneys who are highly experienced, skilled and knowledgeable in their respective fields.
The partners and associate attorneys of the firm continue to remain in the forefront of highly skilled and knowledgeable attorneys in connection with the specialty of each of the firm’s attorneys.
Albert A. D’Agostino served as counsel to the Nassau County Planning Commission and the County Planning and Transportation Departments, as well as counsel and special counsel to school districts and villages, member of various town and county governmental boards and past president of the Valley Stream Kiwanis Club.
Dominick Minerva has served as counsel to the Western Nassau Water Authority and counsel to Town of Hempstead Sanitary District Number 1 as well as a long time director and currently serves as President of the Valley Stream Chamber of Commerce.
